The Ohio Department of Health, Community Partners™, Hennepin Technical College, and the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, invite you to join us for our continuing professional development and education webinar series. An enlightening presentation and interactive discussion on “Anxiety Management: Identification and Innovative Strategies”, by Megan Schrantz. Megan T. Schrantz, EdD, LPCC
Dr. Schrantz is a clinical psychotherapist for adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and residential services at the Linder Center of HOPE. She has over 30 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in a variety of settings and greatly enjoys facilitating change and healing with her patients. Dr. Schrantz offers a diverse range of skills and experiences. Prior to joining the staff at the Lindner Center of HOPE, Dr. Schrantz facilitated trauma-informed treatment to children and adolescents with traumatic experiences, sexual abuse, and grief at the Northern Kentucky Children’s Advocacy Center. For over 20 years, she worked at Hillcrest Training School, where she was a leader in the development and implementation of evidenced-based, cognitive-behavioral interventions for youth with co-occurring behavior, mood, and substance abuse disorders. At Hillcrest, she was the lead group facilitator for the substance abuse treatment track and pioneered the first Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents group therapy. In addition, she was a skilled provider of psychological assessment and individual and group counseling.
