The American Association of Critical Care Nurses – Greater Cincinnati Chapter requests your company’s presence at the 33rd Trends in Critical Care conference to be held on April 14th, 2023 at Receptions in Fairfield, OH. Attendance at the event and sponsor support has increased steadily over the past several years and we expect to build on that again this year.

Our conference has national, regional and local experts presenting a variety of topics on the latest strategies and developments relevant to critical care.  Several of this year’s topics important to critical care are also relevant to nursing and healthcare in general.  The conference is designed to advance the knowledge and expertise of nurses that are caring for patients with complex health issues in all practice settings.  The conference also provides the opportunity to network with colleagues and see the latest in new equipment, technology, and educational materials.

The exhibit fee for this conference is $500 for Medical Sponsor / Company, $250 for Hospital / Education / Non-Profit $250.00 and Personal Sponsors with donation of $100.00 gift basket for attendee door prizes.  This fee covers breakfast and lunch for two representatives and exhibit space with table and chairs in the exhibit area.  There are several breaks built into the conference schedule to allow the attendees time to visit and talk with exhibit representatives. Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to set up booths either- a). the night before the event or b). at 0600 day of event. Participants will arrive at 0700. Vendors are expected to stay until the last “visit with vendors” break at 2pm. We will have “bingo” cards again this year to increase attendee traffic to you, the vendors.   We hope you decide to participate and appreciate vendor support of our event.  If further information is needed or there are any questions, please contact workshop.aacngcc@gmail.com.

Online payment of exhibit fees will be through the AACN-GCC Nursing network Website.  An invoice will be emailed once signed contract (via website) and all required information/ payment is received.
